ONE PROJECT. CONNECTED DECISIONS.
Plan the contents and the property together.
A contents sale may need to fit around a move, listing photographs, an inspection, a lease deadline or a closing. Explain which dates are fixed and which are flexible before arranging transport or promising an empty property.
Becky Lyons, Principal Broker, and Tom Lyons, licensed auctioneer, bring real estate and auction expertise to the same conversation.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Common questions about regional service.
Can you help when family members live outside Hampton Roads?
Tell us who is coordinating the project, who is authorized to arrange the work and who can provide local access. Photos, an existing inventory and known deadlines can help the initial discussion. Confirm communication and approval arrangements as part of the agreed scope.
Do all belongings need to be moved to the Chesapeake office?
No location should be assumed before the sale plan is agreed. The assets, access, preparation and proposed selling approach determine the arrangements. Ask where the items will be prepared and sold, who is responsible for any transport and where buyers will collect purchases.
Does estate liquidation include selling the house?
The contents and real estate can be discussed together, but the services and agreements need to be clear. Coastal offers both traditional real estate and auction strategies. Tell us whether a property sale is needed so the appropriate options can be considered.
LET’S MAKE A PLAN
