When you’re settling an estate, one of the first questions is what to keep and how to sell the rest. Whether you’re a family downsizing, an attorney helping an executor, or a business owner selling equipment, our team can help you sell the contents, the real estate, or both.
Is an auction right for everyone? Not always. A traditional estate sale may suit a house full of everyday furnishings. Individual online listings may make sense for a few specific pieces.
